Most greeting cards play it safe with cute sayings or basic cliches for when life unfolds. Hey Weegs cards are different. They tell it like it is, in positive ways that actually sound like you, so you can show up for those you love and feel *truly* connected. All cards are written and designed by Sarah Weeger.

Rebecca Madonna has been an artist since childhood, always experimenting, creating, taking classes, and making art in her free time. That included painting, paper collage, illustration, and her true passion—pottery. As an adult she took some time away from my career in graphic design to have a family. Four years ago, she decided to pursue ceramics full time, and loves making beautiful pieces while also collaborating with and supporting other small businesses in her community. You can find her pottery in several local shops, including in the Edmonds area, downtown Ballard, and Leavenworth.

Hi, I’m Lisa!

All of our candles are toxin, phthalate and paraben-free. We aim for our candles to be a warm, clean, welcomed addition to your home and not an overpowering, unhealthy distraction. Providing you with high quality products is really important to us, so we continue to do countless hours of research and tests before the candles arrive in your home.

So why Bougie by Nature? Surprisingly, the name sprouted from a comment that my 7-year-old niece made about my new Bernedoodle puppy (shown in the picture). I Googled the term “bougie” and found that it actually translates to “candle” in French. So, why not feel bougie about clean burning candles?

Last but not least — we are an AAPI, women-owned, small business based out of the Pacific Northwest (just outside of Seattle, Washington).

At Dutch + Bow, we believe that fashion is not only practical but serves as an expression of self. What we wear allows us to be who we are or who we want to be in the moment. Founded and run by Ariane Harris, a 3rd generation Oregonian, Dutch + Bow focuses on garments sustainably and ethically produced and seeks out companies that give voice, dignity, and livelihood to women, artists, and minorities. These same garments empower us to be ourselves, whatever the season or trend.

Joan Beard Photo

I have a deep love and respect for people as well as places.  We are all connected.

My Art Mounts (mounted photographs) and Mini Mounts tell the stories that I capture where the land meets the Salish Sea.  My Love Nature Art Cards share the unique and the diverse habitats around us. They serve as a point of reference as we rebuild our many relationships with the natural world.

I approach people and nature in the same way: take time to hang out and connect with my subject.  Then I/we can then best explore how to tell your unique and beautiful stories.

We are a part of nature and nature is a part of us. My business is rooted in love and respect for this world.  I look forward to seeing you on November 18!

Kate Thorley, Owner of groovestudio seattle

The act of mark making is what directs my work, whether in craft or fine art. For me, a groove carved into wood, a line etched into metal, pulling yarn through a weaving is where the excitement lies. These moments guide my work while the colors of the PNW landscape and patterns found in nature inspire it. I am a collector of sticks, rocks, pinecones, and dogs. I live in Ballard with my husband, two children and our sweet white puppy.

Amy Kastelin has been a small batch potter in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle for over twenty years. Her making process is a combination of relief printmaking and slab building with porcelain and red stoneware. Designs are inspired by the gorgeous natural world of the Pacific Northwest. She focuses primarily on functional pieces meant for every day use. She will have mugs, cups, vases in a wide range of sizes, bowls, as well as a selection of unique porcelain and sterling silver earrings. Her popular "tiny vases" are a favorite for gift giving.

Rob Denney - Photographer

My photo business is just getting off the ground. In retirement, I have taken up photography as a little more serious hobby. It combines nice with my love for travel. After 'blogging' about my early retirement travels and getting good reviews of the photos, I upped my game and acquired some better equipment, taken some classes, and dove in a bit deeper. Now after a couple years of collecting images, through my 'eye' and perspective, I've decided to do something more with them. This is my first photo show / sale, so I am excited to see how it goes. Hip, hip, hooray!!

Scout & Cellar - Stephanie Policar, Consultant

Scout & Cellar sources Clean-Crafted™ wine from all over the world, creating and bottling wildly delicious wines with an authentic sense of place, working directly with growers and producers who embody our Clean-Crafted Commitment® in their daily practices. We walk through the vineyards, visit the cellars, share meals together. The end result? Delicious wines. Better in the bottle. Better in your glass. Better for the planet.

For a wine to be considered Clean-Crafted™, it goes through two rounds of independent lab testing to guarantee that it's free of yucky stuff like synthetic pesticides and chemical additives and has fewer than 100ppm of total sulfites. We also evaluate and review farming and production practices to confirm that they are, in fact, Clean-Crafted.

Stephanie Benson Designs

I create original, hand-crafted pieces of jewelry for women (and the men they love) who value freedom, unique creative expression and being in the moment.

My mission is to help you feel like your jewelry brings out the unique essence of your authentic self.

I consider my work to be ‘wearable art, using color to inspire connection of the mind and body as well as to support healing and creative manifestation.

My creations are feminine and ethereal in their execution which stirs the soul and recharges the feminine spirit.

By weaving together color, texture and symbolism I hope to inspire a deeper connection to the very center of a woman. I want to help her feel seen and stay true to her heart’s deepest desires.

Teresa Stern Arts

Meet Katie Huss, the knitting momma of 3 fierce girls. These beautiful, warm, handmade knits are inspired by Katie’s love of the PNW outdoors. Wandering Soul Knits was born out of a need to care for Katie’s mental health and a desire to create something that was only hers during a time where life was spinning out of control. The tangible act of working with her hands was grounding and created a space for both growth and healing.

Katie uses high quality materials that support small, local when possible and woman owned businesses. Each beanie is made with 100% Merino or Peruvian wool that has been hand dyed in small batches making each skein of yarn beautifully unique. The fiber is incredibly soft, which makes for a product that is warm, cozy and itch-free. Because it is both moisture wicking and odor resistant, it makes having a product that is hand wash only worth it.

Each knit piece is inspired by Katie’s love of nature, specifically the PNW. Both the color and texture are reflections of what she’s discovered from feeling the breeze come off the water, to how the seasons change the vibe of a trail in the mountains. And of course, Wandering Soul Knits are designed to accompany you on all of those adventures.
